ALEKSANDER LAYS DOWN POCKET ROCKETS
In the last hand before the last break, Aleksander makes it 1200 UTG, on the blinds 150/300 with a 25 ante.
UTG+2 calls, as does UTG+5. The flop is 9h-10s-5s, and Aleksander fires out 2700, but then things started to happen. UTG+2 moves all in for 7225 more, and UTG+5 also puts all his chips in, covering both players. Aleksander is disgusted and folds his aces.
But it was a monster laydown! UTG+2 flips over the last two aces in the deck, and UTG+5 made a set of fives on the flop, so Aleksander was drawing dead.
After the break he wins the first pot and moves back up to 17.000
1050 players left, and two more hours to play today.
